My given name is Minshuo (旻硕), and I go by Min.

I'm a systems-oriented designer who advocates for outcomes over process. I do my best work when the problem space is undefined and the team needs someone to create frameworks and visions to navigate ambiguity.

I spent formative years in art and design training. My artist work explores family diaspora, memory, and human connection. I work through sketching, mixed materials and the physical act of touching surfaces, as acts of affection, love, and remembrance.
